This 18-story office tower at 14th and Baltimore borders the Power & Light District and boasts more than 260,000 square feet. The building features floor-to-ceiling windows and two outdoor spaces on each office floor with incredible views. Other amenities include a 10-story parking garage, state-of-the-art technological advancements, a fitness center, onsite dining, and access to the KC Streetcar, as well as a host of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.
