I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Calling ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011 is the quickest way to handle registration issues. You can also contact Samantha Moores at our local office.
I’d like to attend an event but pre-registration is closed. Can I still go?
Unless otherwise noted, you can register on site, at the door if space is available. Please note that for most In some cases, walk-in registration fees increase by $5-10. To check space availability, contact Samantha Moores.
I want to bring a guest to an event, but I can’t figure out how to register two people on the website.
ULI’s online registration system offers two options: Register an Individual or Register a Group (two or more people). Click on “Register a Group” to register yourself and your guest(s). You can also call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011 and they can take your registrations over the phone.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking on “Can’t access your account?” located under the password field on the log-in page. If this does not work, call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI Kansas City emails?
Have you added ULI Kansas City to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. Check your email preferences in your profile to make sure you have not opted out of emails. If your information is up-to-date, but you still are not receiving emails, call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.
How do I become a member or renew my membership?

Attending our monthly programs and networking events is a great place to start. If you are looking to get more involved, visit the Get Involved page on our website or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. My company is a ULI Kansas City Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of passes a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how many passes your company receives. To utilize Sponsor comps for events, please RSVP to Samantha Moores. Sponsor comps must be reserved locally (DO NOT register online if you wish to utilize a Sponsor comp).
