Set against a backdrop of trees, ponds, and walking trails, the new Meadowbrook Park in Prairie Village, Kansas, is a 136-acre, mixed residential development featuring 52 single family homes, 70 twin villa homes, a 282-unit luxury apartment community, 225 upscale senior housing units, and a 54-room boutique hotel featuring 5,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. Recognizing the intrinsic value that green space adds to a community, the redevelopment plan dedicated the majority of the site (84 acres) to public green space in the form of a County-owned regional park.
Our walking tour will feature single family homes and neighborhood clubhouse/pool, twin villas, Silvercrest senior living, a walk through Meadowbrook Park and the park clubhouse, The Kessler luxury apartment homes, and the Inn at Meadowbrook.
