    Join us for the first ULI Nebraska official event! The Mercantile is a mixed-use redevelopment comprising more than 20 acres of residential, commercial, retail, and green spaces that will be a city-defining addition to downtown Omaha. Spanning three city blocks, the first phase of the development includes Brickline at The Mercantile, a 375-unit best-in-class apartment building, as well as 42,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a pedestrian-friendly Plaza.

    The program will include a tour and an introduction to The Mercantile led by Brad Soderwall, Managing Director at Hines. Katherine Carttar, Executive Director of the Urban Land Institute - Kansas City, will also be a featured speaker. 
     
    Followed by a cocktail reception by Red Lion Lounge hosted by Hines.
