Join ULI Nebraska for a celebration and public presentation of our first Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) studying the Interstate 480 & 30th Street interchange. Early this year, a panel of local land use experts gathered to study the unique challenges and opportunities of the area and develop a set of recommendations for a higher and better use of the land. The two-day design charrette produced a thorough technical report outlining the potentials for development on the site. Join us for a public presentation from the TAP panelists to learn more about ULI's TAP process, potential solutions for this site, and the future of the TAP program in Nebraska.
