Topic: “Gender and Communication”
So much of how women lead comes back to how we speak. Join us to discuss thoughts provoked in a new podcast series by Harvard Business Review, titled “Women at Work”. The first episode of the podcast delivers three aspects of communications that present unique challenges for women in business. First, how and why women’s speech patterns differ from men’s; second, how women can be more assertive in meetings; and third, how women can deal with “interrupters”.
