The Lenexa Civic Center opened with great fanfare in July 2017 and is the centerpiece of the Lenexa City Center; the culmination of the citizen led Vision 2020 plan launched over 2 decades ago.

The Lenexa Civic Center is a multi-purpose campus including the relocated Lenexa City Hall, Community Forum, Lenexa Public Market, Lenexa Rec Center, their educational partner Park University as well as a 500 stall parking garage and multiple outdoor plazas.

JE Dunn Construction, PGAV Architects and CBC Real Estate Group were all key participants assisting the city to make their vision a reality.

WLI is proud to sponsor this unique opportunity to learn more about the planning, design and construction of the Lenexa Civic Center as well as the female-centric team that assisted in making this incredible project a reality.
