Beginning July 1, 2016, David Brain will take the reigns as District Council Chair of ULI Kansas City for a two-year term. Brain, former CEO of EPR (EPR:NYSE), is an active ULI member and serves on the ULI KC Advisory Board. As a member of the Advisory Board, he serves as part of the strategic leadership for ULI Kansas City District Council.
