I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if pre-registration has closed (pre-registration closes 2-3 business days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011. If it is past the pre-registration deadline, call our local office at 816.746.4875.

I’d like to attend an event but pre-registration is closed. Can I still go?
Yes, you can still show up and register onsite, at the door (on a space available basis). Please note that for most events, registration fees increase by $5-10 after the pre-registration deadline. To check space availability, call 816.746.4875.

I want to bring a guest to an event, but I can’t figure out how to register two people on the website.
ULI’s online registration system offers two options for RSVP’ing online: Register an individual, or Register a group. Two or more people are considered “a group.” To register two or more people, click on “Register a group.” Alternatively, you may call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011 and they will take your registrations over the phone.

My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking on “Can’t access your account?” located under the password field on the log-in page. If this does not work, call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

Why am I not receiving ULI Kansas City emails?
Have you added ULI Kansas City to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. Check your email preferences in your profile to make sure you have not opted out of emails. If your information is up-to-date, but you still are not receiving emails, call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

How do I become a member or renew my membership?
Go to www.uli.org/JoinULI to renew your membership or decide which membership level is right for you. Still have questions? Call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.

I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to attend our monthly programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please visit the Get Involved page on our website or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. You may also contact our local staff at 816.746.4875 or kansascity@uli.org to explore which committee might be the best fit for you.

My company is a ULI Kansas City Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of passes a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how many passes your company receives. To utilize Sponsor comps for events, please RSVP to kansascity@uli.org. Sponsor comps must be reserved locally (DO NOT register online if you wish to utilize a Sponsor comp).
