Problem with the Site?

WHO WE ARE | Urban Land Institute is an independent nonprofit education and research organization that is supported by its members worldwide. Established in 1936 with J.C. Nichols as one of its founding fathers, the institute now has more than 40,000 members worldwide with over 200 members in ULI Kansas City.

Our members represent the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines. They are developers, builders, property owners, investors, architects, public officials, planners, real estate brokers, attorneys, engineers, financiers, academics and students. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among industry professionals and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. We believe everyone needs to be at the table when our future is at stake. ULI Kansas City neither lobbies, nor acts as an advocate for any single industry. We examine land use issues and convene forums to find solutions to complex land use problems, collaborating with industry and stakeholder groups.

WHAT WE DO | ULI Kansas City offers a variety of learning, networking and community outreach opportunities.
